How Do I Cancel My Subscription

All we can say is, we’re sad to see you go!

If by any chance you are canceling your subscription because of a problem with the system, or because of a feature that you didn’t like, or even because we didn’t have a specific feature that you were looking for, please reach out to us and let us know! We are here to make your life easier, not harder, and if we can fix anything to keep you around, we want to do it!

If you’re just ready to be done, here is the step by step process on how to cancel your subscription.

Head to your “My Account” by clicking on the two little bars just to the right of your profile picture. It should look just like this.

Once you have opened that tab, click on the “Organization” tab on the left side of your screen.

From there, click on the “Subscription” tab

From there click on the grey “Cancel” button

And just like that, you’re on your way… We’ll miss you, but just know you’re welcome back anytime!
