Chat With A Team Member

We’ve created a simple video tutorial on how to chat with a team member. If you’d prefer to see images and text, scroll down and enjoy!

Yalla lets you have conversations with individual team members, sort of like the direct message feature in apps like Twitter.

To open a direct message with someone, click the plus sign next to “Direct Messages” on the left side of the chat screen.

Type their name in the search box and click on their profile picture once they pop up. They’ll get added to your list of direct messages, which you can access by clicking on whoever you want to message.
