Activity Summary

We’ve created a simple video tutorial on the activity summary report. If you’d prefer to see images and text, scroll down and enjoy!

Being able to document and see who has completed projects and tasks is incredibly important to business, and so we made it easy to see all of your activity in one place. You can find this information by following these simple steps.

First, click into your “My Account” settings by clicking on the button just above your profile picture

Next, click on the “Reports” tab on the left-hand side of your screen, the “Activity Summary” page should be the default page that you see when you open the reports tab, but if it isn’t, click on the drop-down arrow and click on “Activity Summary”

From there you can click on the “filter” button on the right-hand side of your screen, and from that menu, you can set filters to filter by “User”, “Company”, or “Project”.

If I were to select “User”, I would then be able to choose who’s activity to view, and what type of activity I want to see.

For this example I will “Select All” and chose “Active” because I want to see what the active tasks are that my company is working on, after that I will click the blue “Refresh Report” button.

And you’re done! From this page I will now be able to see who has active tasks and when they are due.

I could then repeat these exact steps to see active, completed, due, created, and repeat tasks.
